Full-Service Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Weekend availability is required.

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to handle general repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, meeting space, kitchen, laundry, and building equipment.

Responsibilities

Complete guest room and public-area repairs
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and carpentry work
Complete preventive maintenance inspections
Respond quickly to maintenance requests
Identify safety concerns, leaks, damage, and equipment problems
Maintain work orders, tools, parts, and maintenance areas
Assist with emergency repairs and other hotel needs
Follow hotel safety procedures and brand standards

Qualifications

Previous hotel, apartment, or building maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders

Schedule

A flexible schedule is required. Candidates must be available to work weekends and some holidays or evenings as needed.
