What You'll Be Doing

As a server at Magnolia & May, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
• Answering questions about our menu and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set for every guest.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handling payments and providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
