Felicia Suzanne’s is an independently owned, chef-driven restaurant in Downtown Memphis. Led by husband-and-wife owners Chef Felicia Willett Schuchardt and Clay Schuchardt, the restaurant combines warm Southern hospitality with thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking, classic cocktails, and a carefully selected wine program.

Felicia Suzanne’s was recognized by the Michelin Guide American South in 2025.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who care about their craft, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a professional, collaborative restaurant team.

BARTENDER

Felicia Suzanne’s is seeking an experienced bartender with a strong foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and hospitality.

Our bar program focuses on thoughtfully prepared cocktails, quality ingredients, and genuine interaction with our guests.

We are looking for someone who can execute drinks consistently while creating the warm neighborhood-bar experience that is central to Felicia Suzanne’s.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare classic and house cocktails accurately and consistently
• Provide knowledgeable and welcoming bar service
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and menu offerings
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and bar mise en place
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Work closely with servers and the kitchen throughout service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous bartending experience required
• Experience in an upscale or craft-cocktail environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Evening and weekend availability

Compensation: $7.25 per hour + tip pool
Position: Full-time or part-time
Location: South Main Arts District, Downtown Memphis
