Felicia Suzanne’s is an independently owned, chef-driven restaurant in Downtown Memphis. Led by husband-and-wife owners Chef Felicia Schuchardt and Clay Schuchardt, the restaurant combines warm Southern hospitality with thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking, classic cocktails, and a carefully selected wine program.

Felicia Suzanne’s was recognized by the Michelin Guide American South in 2025.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who care about their craft, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a professional, collaborative restaurant team.

EXPERIENCED SERVER

Felicia Suzanne’s is seeking experienced servers to join our front-of-house team.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who understand that great service is warm, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuine.

Our servers should be comfortable discussing food, cocktails, wine, and menu ingredients while creating a polished but welcoming dining experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming service
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage program
• Maintain strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation, wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Accurately enter and manage guest orders
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and support team
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous full-service restaurant experience required
• Upscale or chef-driven restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Wine and spirits knowledge is a plus
• Evening and weekend availability

Compensation: $7.25 per hour + tip pool
Position: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Location: South Main Arts District, Downtown Memphis
