Felicia Suzanne’s is an independently owned, chef-driven restaurant in Downtown Memphis. Led by husband-and-wife owners Chef Felicia Schuchardt and Clay Schuchardt, the restaurant combines warm Southern hospitality with thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking, classic cocktails, and a carefully selected wine program.

Felicia Suzanne’s was recognized by the Michelin Guide American South in 2025.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who care about their craft, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a professional, collaborative restaurant team.

FOOD RUNNER / BUSSER

Felicia Suzanne’s is seeking energetic and dependable Food Runners / Bussers to join our front-of-house team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn professional restaurant service and grow within a hospitality-focused team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver food accurately and promptly to guests
• Learn menu items, table numbers, and proper food presentation
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables throughout service
• Refill water and assist servers with guest needs
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
• Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and the kitchen team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Restaurant experience helpful but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Desire to learn and grow within the restaurant
• Evening and weekend availability

Compensation: $7.25 per hour + tip pool
Position: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Location: South Main Arts District, Downtown Memphis
